If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition for an exchange or store credit, less applicable shipping charges, within 7 days of receipt of the purchase. Please note that some sale items may not be returned. Sale items that may not be returned are marked.

If your order was shipped for free as part of a promotion, you may be charged for shipping when the item is returned. You will be notified of applicable shipping charges when you obtain return authorization.

This return policy does not apply to custom orders. Custom-made pieces may not be returned.

Follow these instructions to receive store credit or an exchange:
(1) Obtain return authorization by emailing us at consultant@paulinemorgan.com or by calling us at 312-404-4780 within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We will send you a return authorization number.

(2) After you have received a return authorization number, please complete the return form included on your invoice and pack it with the item.

(3) Pack the item in its original box and packing material to prevent damage. If an item is not returned in its Pauline Morgan, jewelry box, you may be charged.

(4) Send your return via UPS or insured U.S. mail. We will not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Send your return within 7 days of receipt of purchase to:
