Will the jewelry piece I receive look the same as the piece shown on the website?
Jewelry pieces ordered will use the same materials as shown on the website unless otherwise specified. Because we use natural stones and handmade beads, there may be slight variations in color and shape.
How should I clean and care for my jewelry piece?
Clean your Pauline Morgan jewelry piece using lukewarm water and a gentle, chemical-free cloth. Sterling silver may be cleaned using a polishing cloth specially made to remove tarnish. Store your jewelry piece away from sunlight.
Do you offer custom sizes?
We offer custom sizes for all of our jewelry pieces. Please contact us for more information.
What is the difference between gold-plated, 14kt gold-filled and 14kt gold jewelry?
Gold-plated jewelry is the lowest quality of gold jewelry, and with time its gold may wear away. The gold on 14kt gold-filled and 14kt gold jewelry will NOT wear away. These are beautiful, high quality, lifetime products. 14kt gold jewelry contains more solid gold content than 14kt gold-filled jewelry.
What is vermeil?
Vermeil has the look of solid gold but it is actually sterling silver covered with a heavy layer of 22kt gold. It is a beautiful product made entirely of precious metal.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will not be added to orders outside of Illinois. 10% sales tax will automatically be added during checkout to orders in Illinois.
